This hand made wine was barrel fermented in seasoned oak then rested on the lees before transferring to stainless steel vats to retain it's cool climate fresh fruit character.

This aromatic and intensely flavoured wine style has a fine floarl boquet and exhibits flavours reminisent of lime and melons, with tropical fruit overtones.

Drink now or cellar up to 10 years for further significant development.

Classic Dry White

This dry white wine was produced by fermenting together some of central Europe's finest cool climate grape varieties, Pinot Gris, Traminer and Riesling.

The fruit for this hand made wine was grown at our Cassilis Valley vineyard a short distance from the Great Alpine Road in the Omeo Region.

Our vineyard does not use pesticides and applies only a mininum of sprays to produce the purist of fruit.

The aromatic wine exhibits spicy tropical fruit flabours with crisp citrus overtones.

Serve cold just by itsleft or as a refreshing accompaniment to fish or poultry. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years.
